Utah Legislating no Permit Concealed Carry

Another state looking to the exercise of the right to keep and bear arms without the need for a permit. Rep. Carl Wimmer is introducing a bill to eliminate the requirement for a state permit to carry a concealed firearm. Should this new legislation become law, it will most likely not eliminate permits, as residents would need them for traveling to those states that have reciprocity.
